In view of the growing number of cases of femicide and gender-based violence in Brazil, this study investigates whether one of the main factors contributing to these phenomena may be the incitement of hostility generated by digital fascism, observed in the dissemination of hate within the manosphere, in alignment with the discourse of far-right politicians, who are generally opposed to feminist demands. The study also addresses the tensions surrounding the regulation of social media platforms. Based on bibliographical and documentary analysis of scientific articles, specialized works, and pertinent legislation, the study is directed toward two main categories: “Fascisms” and “Genders and Sexualities”. By examining their classifications and subcategories, including “classical fascism,” “digital fascism,” “femicide,” and “gender-based violence,” the study analyzes the conceptual composition of “gendered digital fascism.” Among the results obtained, through the study of the hegemonic masculinity model, approximations are observed between the fascist male ideology and the hierarchical exaltation of virility by misogynistic communities. The study concludes that coordination among public authorities, civil society organizations, social movements, and informed citizens is essential to developing and implementing inclusive digital education grounded in human rights.
