Abstract

Este trabalho buscará tecer uma reflexão sobre a distinção e aplicação do Direito Processual Internacional e do Direito Internacional Processual, trazendo as bases de cada uma dessas matérias, o âmbito de aplicação e as características peculiares de cada uma delas. Demonstrará que, na doutrina hodierna, há uma tentativa de unificação do Direito Internacional Processual com o objetivo de trazer mais segurança jurídica e eficácia às partes envolvidas nos conflitos, sejam eles das mais diversas formas.
