A perda de uma chance e a atividade médica: possibilidade de responsabilidade civil?
Abstract
Almeja-se, de forma eminentemente construtiva e acadêmica, sem pretender esgotar o assunto, contribuir para uma reflexão sobre a responsabilidade civil pela perda de uma chance. Primeiramente, será realizada uma abordagem história do instituto, mediante análise da doutrina especializada, mencionando-se sua origem e processo de aprimoramento. Posteriormente, será relacionada com a atividade médica. Ao final, busca-se refletir que no Brasil a teoria ainda se encontra, de certo modo, em desenvolvimento lento e gradual, contudo em contínua progressão.
