THE ADPF 46-7/DF: directions of the STF and the logistics

Starting from the premise that the law must accompany the evolution of society and adapt to factual changes to better protect interests, this study brings a brief reflection on the analysis of the reality of the postal sector in Brazil, based on the directions given by the Supreme Court. (STF) to the subject, in the judgment of the Argument of Noncompliance with Fundamental Precept 46-7/DF, taking into account the legal and economic aspects, especially in the face of development and social changes that have occurred since then. In this scenario, we face such legal debates and the decision taken, with the current economic scenario and the policy related to the Post Office - ECT.
