In the digital age, information technologies have radically transformed the way we live, work, and interact. However, this technological revolution has also posed unprecedented regulatory challenges. Historically, information technologies and regulation have been considered antithetical concepts, but today, we are witnessing an evolution in this perception. This article explores the growing synergy between these two seemingly opposing areas from a legal perspective within the framework of regulation.
