Necropolitics, as the state's power of death, marginalizes and dehumanizes black women. Noting the growth in the number of black women incarcerated for trafficking after the Drug Law came into force, the study becomes relevant in view of the ineffectiveness and selective state action in repressing this crime. Thus, the question is: how does the Brazilian State put necropolitics into practice and act selectively in the repression of the crime of drug trafficking and affects mainly black women? The investigation was initially divided into a critical analysis of the anti-drug policy and its correlation to the concept of necropolitics, then highlighting the profile of women arrested for the crime of trafficking and listing the fundamental rights and guarantees that are routinely denied to women. incarcerated blacks. The methodology used was through a qualitative approach, of an exploratory nature, with a methodological procedure of documental and bibliographic research.
