Abstract

The article presented discusses the right to forgetfulness, showing its link to the rights of personality and fundamental rights, as it is directly associated with the dignity of the human person. Identifying the objective goals for the use of the right to forget, in order not to make an absolute personality advantage to the detriment of freedom of information. The theme assumes evidence when the decisions of the Brazilian Courts on the subject, so new and of much discussion in the present day. The consequence of the theme mentioned in this study was the deluge of the country's right to be aware of an issue that affects and has serious implications in the private lives of people.
