Abstract

No atual contexto brasileiro, muito se discute acerca das responsabilidades decorrentes dos danos ambientais. O presente estudo pretende analisar os 02 (dois) desastres ambientais ocorridos em Minas Gerais nos últimos 04 (quatro) anos, elaborando uma análise crítica sobre suas consequências socioambientais e a incidência das responsabilidades civil, penal e administrativa nos casos em tela. Observa-se que os dados são atualizados, sendo os danos causados incalculáveis.
