Abstract

ABSTRACT: The present work is concentrated on the analysis of Regulation n. 2018/1805 and the "problems" created or the solutions that he tried to give in the internal regulations in the field of criminal cooperation and efficiency to the system of mutual recognition and collaboration between EU member states in the procedural criminal sector.
