The UNIFOR Law Journal formally announces the launch of its second Special Issue, Vol. 17, No. 2 (2026), entitled “Democracy and Big Techs: The War of Affects Through Other Perspectives.” Curated by Professors José Luiz Quadros de Magalhães, Ph.D., and Nélida Reis Caseca Machado, Ph.D., this volume broadens the discussion on the mobilization of emotions through algorithmic technologies.
