Abstract

ABSTRACT

Introduction: This article is a reflection on women survivors of World War II, a subject that today has been more discussed and contributed to the reconstruction of a story. Women survivors of the Holocaust, the greatest genocide of the twentieth century, seek to recover their history and do so by accessing the essences lost in time, which can, through memory and memories, relive the past time or the time they have passed. Objective: to reflect on the reports of those who survived the Holocaust, and from the inextricable relationship memory / forgetfulness, seek to understand the silence and the reporting of pain, overcoming to rebuild life after the trauma, and the possibility of resuming writing of a story. Methodology: for the writing fundamentals, the bibliographic survey was carried out from the analysis of sources that approach, in different ways, the theme. These include books, articles, journals, texts available on trusted sites, sites that have documented content. Conclusion: The reports show the possibility of translating the experience of extermination and consolidate a commitment to the narratives in order to make known to the greatest possible number of people what happened to them so that all suffering and violence are not forgotten and not forgotten. are repeated.
